Also known as the Ugly Sausage. A skinless sausage made with beef and pork enjoyed in the Netherlands. Commonly it is cut almost all the way through lengthwise then fried in a pan or deep fried. Once cooked served on a slice of plain bread and filled with chopped raw onions, mayonnaise and curry ketchup. This product can only be purchased for delivery within Waikato area or for pick up in shop, as they need to remain frozen.
